Built for vibes and getting as much electricity out as possible, rather than meta play, but holds it's own really well. Will guzzle through ammo though. 
Prime enemies with Maul charged shove, Voltaic (2+ Charges) or Power Overload, then unload Arc Rifle into them, wipes out most any group quick. Avoid reloading the arc rifle when you can, just switch to maul and let it refresh, or double-mag it beforehand to get more sustain (interrupt reload when almost finished & let Gunsmith fill the now empty mag)
Maul has solid crowd clear with chained heavies, boss/elite damage with charged hits, and good survivability with lightspam if in a tough spot. 
Save Arc Grenades for clumped specials/elites.
