Solid as they come!
Shoutouts to epiccole and HeitzTomacco for the inspiration. I thought the build idea was fun, so I wanted to make my own spin on it.
Preferred melee is the Mk VI Combat Blade, but the Mk III Combat Blade, Arc Maul, and both Shock Maul marks also work for this build.
Ranged weapon of choice should be Mk III Plasma Gun, though the Mk II version also works if you just wanna left click all day and have somewhat better boss damage.
Gameplan is simple. In melee, push every now and then cleave through hordes with your enhanced attacks. Ranged weapon should only be used to manually snipe gunners/special with left click, or to charge up and dump damage on groups of enemies with the alt fire (if you're using Mk II, then just keep spamming left click until the threat disappears).
You should be constantly tagging elites/specials for your servo-skull to kill, as the TTK boost from Noospheric command basically allows you to snipe multiple elites/specials while in active combat. You can also use the skull ping to boost single target DPS; i.e. 1v1ing a Crusher.
You won't be using your ability too often, but it is useful for providing yourself and your allies some breathing room if you're in a tight spot; i.e. getting rushed by The Million Ragers (TM).
Purgator and Medicae skull are both easily disposable nodes. If you feel that you don't need one or both of these nodes, then feel free to replace them with your preferred talents of choice. If you do plan to use them, the Purgator skull should only be used to thin out hordes if your team is struggling to deal with high horde density and you are unable to make enough space with your existing kit. I should not have to tell you when to use Medicae skull, as it is very self-explanatory.
Build is shockingly effective. It functions well on Auric and Auric Maelstroms (not Havoc-Tested since I don't touch that Emperor-forsaken mode anymore, but feel free to test it there if you're brave). Just be mindful of missions with Lights Out or Ventilation Purge modifiers, as both of those limit the servo-skulls range.
Happy Headhunting!
