Description
Pretty comfortable Havoc build. Not the most meta but has tools for everything. Noospheric command skull allows you to snap disablers very quick. Med skull gives you the clutch potential to get key revives especially when your last man standing and you need to get people up quickly. There is a lot of toughness regen and toughness damage resistance. The key is generating redline capacitor stacks with noospheric command to constantly keep you at 5 stacks. Weakness analysis doctrine can be swapped for slice and dice to give you even more boss damage. You can also run without ablative ward as you like and free up another talent, but I find ablative ward has saved me on many occassions.
