Description
With the amount of crits + chem toxin this build deals out, you get your stimm + Stimm Supply ability refunded so often. I use it alongside an auto-stim mod, because your stimm comes off cooldown faster with each kill + more for kills on toxin infected, which gives me constant Chemical Dependency stacks and letting me use Stimm Supply a lot. Which helps not just yourself but your teammates.
The modifiers for Stimm Supply; Practiced Deployment allows you to place your supply pack a lot during missions/trials. Fast Acting Stimms shortens the pack effect but allows you and your team to keep running ahead with buffs.
