Bottom line up front: this build does stupid damage, clears hordes and groups of elites stupid fast, gets toughness back stupid fast, and can revive stupid fast too, on par with your revive-specialized zealots. The boss damage isn't bad either whether you're running your arc maul or your arc rifle.

I made this build after some frustration with the max crit ACD arc rifle build:

1. With max crit arc rifle, you chew through ammo like a motherkarker and if you have another ammo hungry member in your team (looking at you, veterans and skitarii,) you're pretty much outta luck on that build since you invested everything into a ranged weapon with no boolets.

2. With max crit arc rifle, you kinda just use the arc rifle for a long period of time, then you use the arc maul for a long period of time once your ammo's out, and this plays to neither of their advantages, as when you do this you miss out on the passive reload of the arc rifle to bypass its long ass reload time, as well as the passive recharge of the arc maul to bypass its non-charged pool noodle efficacy.

Your arc rifle is going to be the bread and butter of your build, and when you wanna do massive burst damage, or just insta clear out a horde or a densely packed group of specials nearby, you pop voltaic emitter and watch them all vanish. When you run out of ammo, you swap to melee and pop enemies with your charged arc maul. Your bullets refill when you're using your arc maul, your arc maul recharges when you're using your arc rifle, praise be the motive force. Not to mention you profit off the  increased melee+ranged damage by swapping back and forth at this frequency.

Your arc maul itself gets boosted really nicely by critical power overload, overcharge transfer lattice, and voltaic emitter, since any one of those three proccing primes everything nearby for arcs.

Aside from that, an arc grenade or a voltaic emitter pop are all you need to buy you the split second you need to revive someone at 100%+20%+12%+12%+12% revive speed, and your toughness regen is through the roof with resurgence+3xtoughness+3xtoughness regen. Especially useful when you're last alive against the twins since rinda doesn't give you enough time to revive someone otherwise.

So yeah, use it or don't, it's been workin wonders for me.
