Description
Are you new to the game? Or are you looking for a build you can play with your brain completely turned off in general?
Well look no further. This build can hold block and stand in front of an entire patrol of crushers in H40, and live effortlessly(watch your stamina just in case tho).
Entire gimmick with this build is using shield as our primary and maxing block efficiency as much as we can without sacrificing a lot of damage.
I will explain some of the key decisions within the build and what you can reliably change.
Primary weapon: Our maul&shield is required for this build pretty much. I prefer running the above talents and blessings but if you want you can drop unyielding for even more block efficiency to gain ultimate Goku status. I like 25% unyielding because this class generally needs it.
Secondary weapon: You do not actually need shotpistol, but i personally really like it. I find it stronger at sniping than arbites shotguns and shield while aiming is really good quality of life. And this thing does really good boss damage if you can shoot weakspot since fullbore is easier to maintain than arbites shotguns.
Again you can go arbites shotguns if you want to shoot at hordes and whatnot, both options are great pick what you want.
Curios: +3 stamina is important since we need it for blocking more. I don't know if you need health, and i can't be arsed to do the math. Just run it like this with 21health 17toughness 3stam or lower if you do not have max roll curios.
Some of the talent decisions:
!!!VERY IMPORTANT NOTE!!! - I did not include Adamant Will in this build because it is not easy getting used to perfect blocking. But keep in mind, you can drop targeted brutality or even arbites vigilant or go get em to take it if you feel like you can get used to it. TRUST ME WHEN I SAY, if you can use adamant will you will be unironically unkillable. But that is not complete brain off gameplay it is not easy to getting used to perfect blocking consistently.
Retaliatory Force and Shield Plates are key. You don't have to but if you get the hang of perfect blocking shield plates is actually kinda nuts.
Now we are using dog. I haven't done the math on dog. You might maybe drop Go get em but honestly i recommend keeping it for the purpose of the build, this is supposed to be extremely easy to play and dog focusing ranged enemies gives you a lot of breathing room.
Can you play this dogless? Absolutely but at that point i would not recommend. Dog adds way too much to this build.
If you were to drop Go Get Em you could also drop Targeted Brutality and grab Arbites Revelatum with Zealous Dedication.

And thats it, this is the most effortless build to play in the game. When in doubt, hold block, because you have plot armor.
