This is an Arc Maul & Voltaic Emitter build that hits every easily proc'ed and long lasting +damage% node with good TDR/toughness gen.
All or Nothing can be switched for Execution if you want more damage on Arc Lightning and the special+Push Attack as Arc Lightning isn't buffed by All or Nothing.
Can also take Artificer Servo-Skull (with or without Noospheric Command ) or no Blitz for the base version as the Servo-Skull applies a "15% more damage taken" debuff to its targets.
