Edited to make the best of electrocution. Not sure if Voltagheist Overload blessing applies to arcs sent out by Voltaic Emitter. Can swap to execution if it doesn't. We're damage resistance and toughness maxxing here. Went for resurgence over Foe-Render Creed, but pick whichever you prefer. Would love to grab Shockline Breach Protocol, but can't find a way to trim to get it. Maybe Voltaic Motivator or overcharged Refraction Emitter.
