Description
This build is designed to maximize Noospheric Command, specifically the Servo-Skull’s rapid attack.
It doesn’t rely on abilities. Everything is optimized to let you fire continuously while using Noospheric Command as often as possible.
LETHAL SKULL + ARC RIFLE BUILD , based on an audit of all 98 Skitarii talents.
CORE: Artificer Servo-Skull, which makes the skull’s active bonuses permanent, combined with Noospheric Command, whose attack order grants a massive fire-rate boost for 2 seconds at the cost of 25% Capacitance. Purgator and Medicae are both included, granting +2 maximum charges.
CAPACITANCE ENGINE: Augmented Power-Cycle, +1% per second. Flux Conduit Build-Up, critical hits restore 5%. Capacitor Reclamation Loop, hitting 3 or more enemies restores 1%. Last Stand Relay, +6% critical chance. You can reach around 6 maximum charges through Redline Capacitors and Resource Optimisation Canticles. Everything scales with Capacitance, including Retribution Conduit, Residual Current Buffer, Auto-Repair, Advanced Power Management and Sequenced Charge.
ELECTRO: System Shock for Brittleness, Weakness Analysis and Entropic Transfer.
GAMEPLAY: Keep firing into groups of enemies, as critical hits and multi-hits refill your gauge. Order the Servo-Skull to attack every priority target. Use Purgator against hordes, and keep enough Capacitance in reserve for roughly two additional attack orders.
