Pick what you prefer. For Perks I chose Gunner Resistance, Ally Revive, Stamina Regen, and Toughness Regen for synergy with Resurgence.
Perks and Keystones for Tankiness
Static Capacitor, Static Capacitor Drain, Galvanized Coating, Progressive Plating Matrix, and Adaptive Combat Engram provide Tankiness to Skitarii as they apply toughness resistance/Damage Resistance.
If your toughness breaks, Adaptive Combat Engram will provide you with an extra 30% resistance if your toughness breaks.
Toughness Regen
Resurgence lets you regenerate toughness in combat passively and is boosted by the toughness regeneration in your curious. You also gain toughness on Elite kills which can be easily achieved with both your melee and range weapons.
Debuffs
System shocks applies brittleness when you Electrocute an enemy, and you do extra damage thanks to Weakness Analysis and Retribution Conduit for shocked enemies. Can be applied with all of your weapons, ult, and blitz.
Critical Power Overload applies its own debuff in a 8m distance. This means hordes will help you to debuff any melee enemy.
Blitz
Integrated Refraction Emitter aka Bubble helps spread arc and more of your debuffs for your team. 12 seconds of range immunity is a lot, 36 seconds can make all the difference. I suggest using a bubble at least once in a while when fighting a horde. Feel free to keep 2 of them on the standby just in case. Feel free to use the bubble to kill range enemies since the Arc rifle has decent range damage.
