Noospheric Sniper (Havoc40 viable)

Noospheric Command.

This build has no ability in favor of Noospheric Command. Remember that you can't spam Noospheric Command without charges anymore. Try to not spam click it. Be precice with your marks, use them every 2 seconds. and try to keep it between 0 charges (for extra crit) and 1 charge so you could use it when you need to. 1 full charge - 4 Noospheric Command uses. 

Purgator Skull.

So... Not many people like this thing, but it helps alot. I find myself reviving people by hands just to not waste my charges for no reason. Only when it's really neccecary. It might be cheap damage, but it still massive AoE damage. 

On that note... Please don't use servo-skull on every hack... It's not always needed. Doing it by yourself is way faster.

Keystone.

Static Capacitor Drain is a good support keystone to improve everyones damage, your toughness DR and Capacitance regen. It basically always active, same way as zealots Blazing Piety. The only problem is, losing all stacks on death.
With max stacks Static Capacitor Drain you gain noticeable recharge rate on kills. That's why there is no Capacitance Regens at all, it should be enough to keep Skull shooting IF YOU DON'T SPAM CLICK IT. You can dump Target Prioritization Psalms and take Reactor Coil Recharge if you're really want to have some extra Capacitance regens.

Target Prioritization Psalms in my opinion, greatly helps with special awareness.

Aura.

Resurgence on it's own regens about ~3.5 units of toughness per second with +3 toughness regen speed curio perks in high Havocs. Without them, about ~1.8 units of toughness per second.

Resurgence keeps your toughness regen stronger with Auto-Repair Doctrines, Binary Ballistics Protocol and Superior Defence Engrams. All combined, it regens about ~15-17 toughness units per second in H40 games with two 16-17% toughness curios.

Melee.

Lawbringer Mk IIb Power Falchion is mostly horde clearing tool, but it still good vs elite hordes with Single Target combo and Servo-Skulls help.

Don't forget to use your SPECIAL. IT'S IMPORTANT!

Ranged.

Branx Mk CV Galvanic Rifle with Servo-Skull can easily clear most of the elites. Only Crushers and Maulers will be problematic. One full burst from Noospheric Command and 2 body shots (If theres a crit) easily kills H40 Mauler. Don't recommend shooting Crushers, it's possible, but wasteful. 

Vs Monsters it's better to gun them down with Servo-Skulls help, but melee is still a good option with Singe Target Combo.
Vs Capitans and Twins just kill it with melee. Headshots on Twins could be good tho.

Reload Speed helps. Unyielding damage would be good only vs Monsters. Reapers die in 2 shots in H40 games.

Opening Salvo works constantly if you're aiming. Without ADS, it has a small cooldown on it's effect.
