Description
Support with horde clear. Kill a few things with the knife, switch to shotty and shoot one shell, switch back to knife, rinse and repeat.
Serrated Blade passive and Flechette blessing are more than enough to stack bleeds, ensuring you can take advantage of Mercy Killer on the knife.
After just three melee kills, Weapon Specialist and it's modifier Always Prepared ensure you always have ammo and the first shot is a crit, which then procs Man-Stopper and Flechette, spreading bleeds everywhere.
