This is my preferred Supply Scum build. Despite what it looks like, you easily get to Chem Dependency 4 with this and have enough comfort points to spend on both Jittery, Nimble, and the Booby Trap. If you want a little more gun support, you can use these 3 points for Voice of Tertium, In Your Face, and Unload, but that version I've found lacking without Desperado's ammo sustain.
