Backstab meme build for Depths Of The Damned, no this is not min-maxed but it should result in funny number (for combat blade, at least)

Stealth, special activation to proc Holy Tools, follow up heavy strikedown on the back of anything you want dead. Don't hit the enemy with the special activation punch or it will cancel stealth and you will do a whopping 300-400 damage
 
If it's a boss stack brittleness with Uncanny Strike first (or just replace it with Riposte it probably doesn't matter)
