Theres quite a bit of wiggle room especially towards the bottom of the tree, you can drop Desperado and Exploit Weakness and swap to Leave No One Behind to get an extra node wherever you want it, Fully Loaded is also a preference pick and is only necessary if you have 2 other party members who will be using ammo,
Agile Engagement is a decent pickup if you end up with an extra talent point.
