Description
Since you rarely use your melee, Limbsplitter should be available when you switch to the Branx Mk Ia Delver's Pickaxe. In Havoc 40 you can kill a mutant with one heavy attack to the head if you charge 3 stacks of Thrust. Similarly a Havoc 40 Crusher will die in 4 swings if you use the Heavy-Light-Heavy-Light combo targeting his head and letting Thrust fully charge on the heavies. Both of these breakpoints rely on No Hurting Friends! which should be at max stacks most of the time.
Everything else dies to the ranged, use your ult as often as possible since it saves you ammo. If you are fighting a single enemy (mauler, rager, etc.) switch to the pickaxe and use the Crusher combo detailed above.
You should never have to reload manually, do so in the elevators.
