Talent Tree
Description
Bolter does absolutely nonsense damage on veteran now and can kill most bosses in a single clip (except captains and pack master). The Veteran talent tree changes are so good for the Bolter as having extra talent points to get talents like Tactical Reload, Volley Adept, and Lock and Load make a big difference. Can run it with shout instead as well but you lose a bit of damage. The Bolter is a great sniping weapon for taking out all sorts of specialists, gunners, reapers, etc. I like Frag Grenades but can just swap to Smokes too if you prefer them. Melee weapon can be whatever you prefer too.
