- Has extremely high burst damage
- Easily deals with multiple elites and specials
- Also has extremely good stagger allowing you to open bulwarks up for your teammates

10 - Retribution is nice for attack speed ( Note I actually would recommend Punishment for stagger and uninterruptible )
