This is all about ZePrayer... except for when it isn't.

Combat Blade - huge base crit (15%) stacking with Scourge (30%) with your base of 5% means you will crit very often. With bleed built into the weapon Scourge will stack incredibly fast.

Perks:

  • Unyeilding - Our primary boss and Ogryn killing weapon so we want the perk for all bosses.
  • Maniac - Lowish maniac damage, this will help kill mutants and bleed out specials much faster. Crit Chance is a decent alternative to either perk.

Blessings:

  • Lacerate - Bleeding to help do damage to hordes, bosses and everything in between, and stack Scourge/Enduring Faith
  • Uncanny - The only option we have if we want to be able to kill Crushers (and with a few stacks, they will bleed out very quickly) Can be replaced with Flesh Tearer if you just need to stack bleed that much faster or Riposte.

Flamer - Combat Blade horde clearing even with max bleed is not great - this is to deal with elite/special hordes while being swarmed.

Perks:

  • Flak - This weapon is to help remove elites, they do die quite rapidly anyway but this helps with ammo efficiency also. Unyielding for more boss/ogryn damage is another great option.
  • Maniac - Our primary mid range / swarm of special remover - we want as much maniac damage as we can get.

Blessings:

  • Blaze Away - More damage = more burn = more fun!
  • Over Pressure - same theory where we want to burn things as fast as possible so we can resume our stabby stabby operations as soon as we can.

Anoint In Blood honorable mention - this will increase bleeding and Burn DoT damage the closer you are and is worth its weight in gold. Only works while ranged weapon is equipped, so stack your bleeding, then burn the boss to death.

Feel free to swap Purge The Unclear or Holy Cause with Second Wind if you are struggling with Toughness generation. Second Wind can proc multiple times per dodge, and is a very strong option for regen particularly with the knife. Bleed kills do not replenish toughness (they do not count as melee kills) so standard toughness regeneration options don't work as well. We have a TON of Toughness Damage Reduction (TDR) from Enduring Faith, Shield of Contempt, Benediction and Holy Cause so it shouldn't be a problem very often.

Inexorable Judgement momentum stacks will give us 20-40% Toughness every 8 seconds - this is one of our primary means of generating Toughness as bleeding will steal our own melee kills. It will also give us 10-20% faster attack rate and the 20% damage boost also affects burning, bleeding and Blades of Faith. Pious Cut-Throat is a wonderful option for Ability cooldown if you are finding you want Chorus up more often

Chorus is the other emergency option for toughness regen - and general team clutchiness. Holy Cause + Benediction + Shield of Contempt will make even the most silly of random players very difficult to kill making the clutch stick just that much more. If you are confident in your team, consider getting Ecclesiarch's Call.

Blades of Faith will one shot head shot all specials except for Mutants, and all ranged elites but Reaper. Momentum can help with some two shot body shots, and will nearly body shot flamers/pox hounds.
