1-4% to Instakill human-sized enemies on Chained Heavy Hit. Stacks 5 times. Note that other potential triggers will not be activated on Instakill.
7-10% Reload Speed for 4 seconds after Close Kill. Stacks 5 times.
Fun build. If you gonna use it seriously, you can make fast heavy attacks, so Haymaker will be useful.
Also you can use shotguns. The point is you need gun that can empty magazine by 1 shot. So revolver/shotgun partial reload can help. However, skill "The Emperor's Bullet" lasts 5s only, so you can use any weapon actually. Attack speed increases by ability and keystone.
In the video I didn't do heavy attacks because the game was lagging due to the recording.
