70-100% Rending on Backstab Hit.
12-24% Rending on Enemy Weak Spot Hit for 3.5s. Stacks 5 times.
4.5-6% Critical Chance for each expended round in your weapon (resets on reload).
10% Critical Chance for every 0.3-0.45 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.
The new dagger synergizes great with Psyker, being able to spam its block attack makes hitting enemy weak points almost guaranteed, and its light attacks come with pretty impressive horde clearing. The most important thing to do with this build is maintain high amounts of peril through Scriers Gaze and using Assail while the ability is on cooldown to get the most out of Warp Rider. I'm taking max cooldown reduction to help with high uptime on Scriers.
Scriers gaze doubles as a defensive cooldown and Assail will generate a lot of toughness when used on hordes thanks to Soul stealer + Warp Expenditure. Since stub revolver is really great at taking out specialists, Perilous Combustion will have great value when taking out multiple enemies.
High reload speed modifier + reload speed perk on the stub revolver helps you expend ammo on targets that are affected by Disrupt Destiny while maintaining your sanity with reloading afterwards. Carapace damage helps with crushers (especially after the nerf) which will die in anywhere between 4-2 shots, and Crucian Roullet + Surgical makes the gun keep a high crit ratio that synergies with the critical boost modifier as well as our perks. Most other enemy types like gunners and flamers will die with one shot to the head anyways, and so long as you have Scriers Gaze active and/or Disrupt Destiny stacks active you won't find the damage lacking.
The idea of this build is to stay highly aggressive to maintain stacks and frag out with your cooldown as much as possible, which is why I like to take all of the toughness perks with toughness curios while combining it with the One with the Warp perk, which gives toughness DR based on peril.
