Description
Commissar Lotti wants to stay in coherency to buff her allies with bonus damage and toughness regeneration in addition to providing bonus Toughness every time she yells at them to purge the heretics. Use of Krak grenades and Bolter to target high toughness/armoured targets and her trusty chainsword to fight the masses.
The build is pretty tanky and can put out significant damage vs high priority targets. It also helps keep the team alive quite well with the added Toughness, Damage Reduction and Toiughness Regeneration, not to mention a quick revive and DR provision once someone is rescued. It is not meant as a dedicated shooter, but all-rounder and gel for the team.
I've found that the Keystones don't really provide any benefit to this build. If/when I get the opportunity, I'll probably swap out the perks on my Chainsword for something a bit better like rep[lacing damage v Specialists with Damage v Elites or Maniacs instead.
