Description

This was initially a joke build ("take every grenade-related talent") that turned out to be quite fun & good in Auric.

Playstyle

Stay in the backline and kill all special who spawn in the flank/rear before they reach your mates. You should always be aware of where all of your mates are, and when/where enemies are coming from.

Throw grenades to thin out hordes and otherwise focus on Elites & specials:

Kill snipers, shotgunners, & gunners, etc with your Autogun.

In hordes, spam your light attack at Ragers, Maulers, and Crushers.

If your team gets swarmed, use your Shout and throw all grenades (space them out since they'll knock enemies away).

Weapons

Neither weapon is essential to the build and you can replace them with whatever you like, as long as they provide you with the following:

  1. Ability to kill elites/special at medium/long-range
  2. Deal with Carapace

Agripinaa Mk IX Headhunter Autogun

Good medium/long range damage & accuracy. Opening Salvo is really strong.

Orestes Mk IV Assault Chainaxe

This one takes some time to get used to (especially if you played the other Axe), but it's quite good:

You'll be using light attacks for all elites, including carapace. Heavy & push attacks for hordes. With this Mk I don't use the special attack at all, since the regular light attack shreds and is pretty much the same DPS against carapace as specials.

Curios

I keep it simple and stuck with Toughness/Health.

Take damage reduction if you're struggling against specific enemies.

You can run one +3 Stamina & Stamina regen, if you're block pushing a lot and run out regularly.

Cosmetics

Definitely take a backpack. Otherwise, where are all those grenades coming from?
