Goal: Spam Empowered BR Blitz to quickly dispatch Elites while regenerating 15% toughness for all allies in coherency for each EP Blitz used. The effectiveness of this strategy increases significantly if there are more Elites in an area.
Ogryns & Maulers: These Elites will likely take more than one BR to kill if they are hit at full health. This can lead to you running out of EP charges if you spam BR on them. Alternatively you can use Voidstrike to stagger them and deal collateral, or you can use Surge to stunlock them while you chisel away at their health.
Monstrosities: you can use BR but keep in mind you'll burn through EP stacks very quickly and using your Ability to supercharge your Blitz will only work once if there are no Elites/Specs around to kill for Ability regeneration.
Specialists: You ideally want to use Voidstrike, Surge or Maccabian as Brain Rupture will not return an EP charge if used on a Specialist.
