can drop [lynchpin and +25 toughness] or [no pushover and +15 toughness] for unstoppable momentum
can drop [trample] for anything

whatever pickaxe, thrust can be swapped to slaughterer
karsolas and borovian ; flak unyielding

cleaver4 also works i guess; slaughterer, confident strike + flak infested (i havent used it in forever, maybe infested bp changed idk,,,,)

if theres something wrong with ur brain and enjoy doing H1>blockcancel for the entire match on shield then get; 

brutal momentum, skullcrusher +flak uny/elite

ripper 19 ammo in the mag ideally (66% ammo stat maximum) for babyripper™ insta toughness regen from ib

other guns;
(twin-linked stubber) achlys blaze away, overwhelming fire - any combo of flak + elite unyielding maniac
rumbler blaze away, adhesive / increased radius blessing is fine on non-monstro - any combo of flak + elite unyielding maniac
kickback blaze away, surgical - flak maniac

curios;
use ur brain for making curios, the one on top is NOT perfect by any means 

can go 3x toughness instaed of the 1x health
rez speed good for clutch, gunner is comfy to not get gunned down, can take sniper, stam regen is ok
toughness and hp always cool, ability regen also fine
sprint eff kinda sucks on Ogre

generally dont stack more than 2 resistances/sprint eff because you get dimnishing returns from a third one

flamer resist also works on the initial explosion havent checked if its any useful yet
