Plexiglass cannon Psyker build - requires quick reflexes and juggling quelling with the inexorable uptick of Scrier's Gaze perils. Premise of the build is riding out Scrier's Gaze on the timer then instantly refilling the cooldown for next to zero Scrier's Gaze uptime. Primary attacks from the Electrokinetic Force Staff inherit the crit bonuses from the weapon and so when you don't want to aim you can slam out secondary attacks for about 1.5k damage and when you feel like casting fireballs you can rocket out 600-800 damage critical hit pairs for over 3000 DPS vs flak armor. Crowd control is handled by force sword special activations - each swing can remove up to 8 poxwalkers from the board and with Exorcist you can do it for days. Start quelling at 90% on the Scrier's Gaze because by the time you hit the button you'll be near 100% - it's possible to stay in Gaze mode for upwards of a minute at a time which will let you build back up 6 warp charges. It's possible to run a much more defensively oriented go-fast version of the build by routing the Perilous Assault/Empyric Shock points into Scrier's Gaze toughness damage reduction and speed and to use a staff with Focused Channeling instead of Surge and to focus almost entirely on secondary attacks. Less overall damage and much more speedster even while charging. If you want to run a Devil's Claw or Shock Maul for the melee for fun you can run Empowered Psionics Smite for crowd control although you lose more single target damage and peril reduction from the staff and Warp Charges.
