This is one of the only empowered BB builds I actually enjoy using. Of the many variants, this one actually feels pretty good. Since Scriers continually feeds you peril, the fact no other part of this build gives it is totally fine. This lets you empowered BB at max peril with almost every form of damage increase up (even a finesse increase from Precognition), which results in some SERIOUS damage. And with Scriers low cooldown, it lets you spam Kinetic Resonance when you need it to. So you can either have fast casting BB's or super high damage BB's. The Shredder Autopistol just 'brings it all together' tbh, I originally used a Recon Lasgun in it's place but it always felt slow and clunky, and it felt like you primarily used it and it wasn't so much a 'BB build' so much as a bad Recon Lasgun build with BB on it. But with the update to the autopistol, it's crit damage soars, letting it even do some pretty dang good damage to monstrosities (and it feels nice not feeling like you're 'missing out' AS much not taking Disrupt Destiny). And thanks to Mettle, Quietude + Tranquility Through Slaughter, and a little Psychic Leeching as a treat, you're always able to get your toughness up fast and keep it up permanently no matter what part of the build you're using. So you're able to (for once) ignore Inspiring Barrage and take Blaze Away + Cavalcade, allowing that + true aim (which gets stacked up from your sword, bb/kinetic flayer procs, and just hitting the head with the gun) making the gun just melt everything. And since it's already pretty snappy, you don't feel the lack of Surety of Aim, which feels awesome and was the 'missing piece' this build needed to go from feeling 'alright' to 'pretty great'. Dueling sword is used as a fallback option, for the primary objective is to Scriers into many head pops whenever there's a Crusher/Bulwark/what have you, but sometimes there still just isn't time to get two off, so you can always just do one pop then poke for an instant kill, or just poke if you're out of charges and just need it dead. Or if you aren't given any ammo drops it can be used quite handily to carry you to the next one, just slash poke with 'alt fire' as you don't have attack speed on this build so you gotta keep up the poke stagger or else enemies will 'get through' a bit to often. But either way, just stack up all your crit bonuses and watch things melt, when you're allowed to target the thing you want to that is...(also a 20% toughness bump on cast now helps a LOT to, specially since it hits all your allies as well, it's a nice 'mini shout' to benefit the friends you are probably currently hiding behind to cast it, while keeping any gunfire that tried to hit you from doing to much chip. Use it as often as you can manage to keep ammo costs down, or just focus on the stab loop).
