A build created as one of my more 'final' builds after going through and editing a bunch of the ones I made, since I noticed of all the builds I've crafted for Ogryn, I didn't have one that used Indomitable + Feel No Pain. This is largely due to wanting to always maximize on attack speed whenever I use it, or in the one case I don't, maximize on it's uses with Maximum Firepower. But with this, I decided 'lets maximize on the stagger potential', and basically make a 'Loyal Protector' build but with Indomitable Instead (because Hard Knocks + Pulverize is also something I was 'missing' and wanted to be able to capitalize on).Since Indomitable auto staggers everything it hits, it actually works rather well. Hard Knocks boosts your damage, No Pushover makes up decently well for not having high attack speed. I maximize on push effects (besides Attention Seeker because no thank you), so I take Brutish Strength to help weaken monstrosities and make cleaning up heavily armored targets that much easier. And then beyond that I made this a 'Heavy Attack Focused Shield build' since my other shield builds are either a havoc build (so focused more on survivability than damage), or light attack centric with heavies being weaved in when needed. This build is entirely push attack into heavy city, so basically 'what you used to do on Ogryn as a requirement but now as a choice'. Just push for weaken/knock things over, bonk, heavy to basically kill everything either with the hit itself or the bleed afterward. Do so repeatedly into the wave, and just watch things melt as they get knocked over and bleed to death due to all the sources of bonus damage. This combo string barely keeps Beat Them Back up too, allowing you to still have very high melee damage even without Heavy Hitter. And thus, as it's the point of me making this build but also cause it capitalizes on everything you do, I take FNP. Makes your pushes do even MORE for you by keeping it active, lets you take Bonebreaker Aura more easily despite the low attack speed due to the bonus toughness replenishment, and gives you a panic pump of toughness when you need it/get jumped by a dog. Honestly feels really good, and is also the reason I don't take 'Can't Hit Me...Again' because I get the DR already, and am already starved for points so it gets skipped. But yeah, maximize armor shred, maximize bleed, kill everything. I end up taking Bruiser too, cause Indomitable just doesn't feel right in mixed hordes if I'm not able to at least get two ish off before it's all killed. I tried running Frenzied Blows instead of it, it felt pretty good. But I'm to used to having at least SOME form of ability regen, and not seeing my ability be up every wave I needed it just didn't feel right. If you're a better gryn than I feel free to make that swap, but I need my extra button press, even if it makes me arguably worse. I just dodge more backward whenever I need to charge a heavy attack, then walk back into the hit, verses dodging to the side (which you can do with the extra attack speed). Being able to cancel into block bonk every heavy though is useful, just be sure to keep yourself above Pumped Up range if you can manage it. Isn't to hard though, cause you hit rather slow just like the Oldgryn, but you hit HARD, so it often makes up for it. Think that's it, beyond Confident Strike being taken so I don't need to take The Best Defence, Inspiring Barrage being taken so I don't need to take Steady Grip (Pained Outburst helps there too). And I use surgical just to make the 1 shot of specials more consistent with the mid fire stubber, but you can drop it for blaze away depending on what you wanna do with it. The stubber can be used against monstrostiies/shreds the beast of nurgle, so I do tend to do that after push bonking it a bunch to lower it's armor and get it bleeding. And Bomb Box is used for stagger to weaken things, and to just be used as a panic button when needed (one can use the Frag Bomb on this build over it if they want, as unlike many of the others it tends not to need the Bomb hardly at all, but I like it for the synergy and mainly cause having 3 is nice, especially since I don't get the Blast Radius boost). The lag/stutter is good for revives too. Ohh, and this is for any shield build, but ESPECIALLY for this one given I don't take the ranged DR, hide behind the shield when you need to/when going after shooters without charge. Gotta preserve that toughness a bit more with this one, as well as those hits too. Pulverize (as stated) is taken because it's an attacks worth of Bleed on a knocked down target that also just got Hard Knocks proc'd on them, so since you got low attack speed, it's really nice to have/really helpful against the elites you'll be charging at.
