After the Bound by Duty rework, I updated the skill tree to focus on maximizing the damage done to armored enemies. The main reason behind this is realizing how dangerous the Rotten Armor modifier in Havoc is to ranged Psyker builds. Basically whenever its in effect, Crusher, Scab Mauler, and Scab Rager become highly resistant to ranged attacks AND they will appear constantly throughout the mission.

Main Modifiers (S4) - Rotten Armour

- Adds various stages of ranged damage reduction:
- At >=90% hp, unit receives 75% ranged damage reduction. Between 75% and 90%, the unit recieves 50% ranged DR. Between 50% and 75% the unit recieves 25% ranged DR. Between 0% and 25% the unit recieves 25% extra damage from ranged
- 0.85x movespeed modifier
- Scab only
- Changes the trickle horde composition to be
- 1 to 4 crusher
- 1 to 4 mauler
- 1 to 4 berserker
- Adds a green cloud around the unit, and changes their armour appearance a bit
- Scab berserkers, maulers and crushers spawn with the effect 100% of the time, and no other unit will have it


With that in mind, a revved up heavy attack is now able to chunk down these carapace clad goons while applying bleed, making quick work of them. They'll often be in hordes so it's best to whittle down their numbers first with the bleed damage from the Zarona Mk VI Combat Shotgun before engaging in melee. Activate Scrier's Gaze and start unloading as many special shells into the crowd as fast as possible, it'll hit everyone equally so you don't need to worry about their hit mass preventing the squishier ones from bleeding.
