Arbites
Hitting an enemy gives them 1-4 stacks of 2.5% Brittleness. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.
Continuously chaining more than 2 attacks gives 2-5% Power. Stacks 10 times.
20% Suppression and {damage_vs_suppressed} Damage against Suppressed Enemies for every 2.5% of magazine spent during continuous fire. Stacks 5 times.
1-4% Toughness for every 10% of magazine spent during continuous fire. Stacks 5 times.
One day Arbite will get access to Chain Axe's (I hope), one dayyyy. Until then, this Combat Axe is here, using the VIII again because why not have it match the mark of the Braced Autogun right? The Builds entire purpose is to do the 'one neat thing' the Arbite does with the Braced Autogun, and that's give it's bullets cleave. As such, I take Terminus Warrant, and get 30 bullets of moderately enjoyable wave clearing before being told I can't have fun anymore. That's about it, any other Braced Autogun build I feel has little purpose, as it works better on the other classes, with them actually needing the toughness regen as well (looks at how much better the gun feels on my Veteran in every way, or with Dance of Death on Zealot). As such, this is just 'the one cool trick' they can do with it, so I use my favorite of the Braced Autoguns, run around with my dog, and pretend I'm not spending 75% of the mission desperately trying to slap around enemies with the Combat Axe just so I can get one clip of Braced Autogun fire and feel good about myself. It does...fine, at this. Castigator's stance continues to allow you to get away with anything, and being a 'terminator' walking up slowly while firing your Braced into the crowd is a pretty nice fantasy. And being able to push attack constantly for increased cleave on top of Rapid Movement funding all the stamina you need to do so is nice, while your dog kills everything else and keeps the wave thinned out with Remote Detonations. But that's on every Arbite build really, so I'd probably go use those, unless you REALLY want to use the Braced Autogun on the Arbite specifically. In which case, you can do worse than this...so I'd say give it a try, it's...fine, it does things, and it is immortal given Inspiring Barrage WITH Arbites already insane Toughness regen keeps you from ever falling over. So, you won't really be a burden on the team at all, so might as well have a bit of fun right?
