Description
Seer's Presence is the best aura, but you can use Prescience if you want more crits/DPS. Uptime on Scrier's Gaze will be pretty good either way thanks to Psykinetic's Aura.
If you are confident in your ability to not pop yourself by block pushing when Scrier's ends, you can get rid of Warp Unbound and maybe put that point into Just a Dream for some more survivability.
You could also take a point out of Immaterial Focus and put it into Warp Ghost. Your playstyle will change slightly, since you will need to manually quell occasionally, but thanks to By Crack of Bone your peril should naturally quell pretty fast if you are still in combat when Scrier's ends.
You have several options for ranged weapons; the Equinox Mk IV Voidstrike Force Staff is a more 'Psyker' choice, but you could use the Accatran MG Mk II Heavy Laspistol or even the Accatran Mk VIc Recon Lasgun. They won't perform as well as in a dedicated "Gun Psyker" build, but will be useful for taking out specials/elites from range. If using either of the lasguns, Infernus is highly recommended.
