Description
Max stacks Weapons Specialist can turn the humble lasgun into a power house. The weapon has excellent finesse modifier out of the box but needs some help with armored targets Onslaught and Rending Strikes have us covered there. Overconfidence is heresy however, this isn't the build to be hosing down crushers! Engage hard targets in mele when they get close.
I like the mace for it's incredible CC, massive stager, and captain popping potential but by all means use whatever flavor of stabby you like.
Do not consider the Movement Speed Boost a waste or, nice to have, it is essential to out pacing the horde and maintaining maximum shooty time.
Manage when you switch weapons to spend your stacks of Specialist at the right moment. In mele switch to ranged to pop a random mook and regain your Mele specialist buff.
The humble lasgun has an excellent ammo pool out of the box but without shock trooper you need to keep an eye on your ammo reserves, the build is excellent in mele don't waste shots if you don't need to.
