(OUTDATED) Funny Psyker Melee Build (USES EXPLOIT)

Quick Summary:

This build utilizes the bugged interaction between these four talents: 

Charged Strike: Applies the Electric DOT of Smite to your melee heavy attacks.

Enfeeble: Allegedly increases that DOT damage by 10%, in reality it's far better atm as it increases the tickrate of the DOT.

Empowered Psionics: Triples your DOT damage output, doesn't consume a charge on heavy attacks.

Malefic Momentum: Your DOT kills count as warp attacks, so they will increase your raw damage up to 25%, likewise your raw melee kills will increase your DOT damage by 25%.

This... Results in a buggy mess... Using Chainsword and both Savage Sweep + Wrath and max Peril for various buffs you're able to kill 12 Shotgunners in one swing.

Questions & Answers:

"What other melee could I use instead?" Literally anything that's heavy attack dependant. Shock Mauls can also stack a lot of damage due to High Voltage stacking the damage even further. Any weapon with a Brittleness modifier would scale the DOT damage exponentionaly as well.

"Can I run a staff/different talent setup?" As long as you keep the four talents listed above, yes.
