Description
ok so the chem stuff is currently broken: dependency doesnt procc on stimm pack, the chem buffs are useless, stimm talents dont apply to stimm packs, none of the keystones synergise with stimm packs etc etc, so this build is a workaround. shooot every horde with blue and get infinite stimm packs. shivs can nuke whatever is being tricky.
