Vostroyan doctrine doesn't believe in warning shots so ensure your Terminal Decree stacks are up to code before using to wipe a boss or crusher pack. That juicy 50 Ranged cleave and crits are very effective into bosses and mixed hordes. Judicious Efficiency is also mandatory for a decently quick reload time.
