Description
15% clip size plus pickpocket on bolter means any specialist/elite kills with the last two shots will bring it back up to 2 shots...
The idea is to get extra attack speed from stimm/stimm supply and just shoot elite/specials without having to reload.
Haven't tested it yet but the 35 second cool down plus stimm supply as a use should give us a pretty good up-time on stimm especially with the stimm CDR on kills..
