This build has the most control possibly in a Psyker build.. and it has the most resilience.. it's not as mobile as other setups.. but surge staff/smite and shock maul special all getting 30% more stagger(120% on head shot special stun) plus infini block and enough stam to push your way out of anything.. make this build extremely effective.. the shock maul is there just for utility.. it's not built for damage like it is in the Surge Strike build.. but that doesn't matter. you're using it to make your life easier.. what it doesn't have in mobility.. it makes up for in utility.. you can control and survive any fight in this build. Falter seems silly.. but it actually buffs smite/surge staff right clicks and bolts to the point where when and if they normally fail vs specialists/disablers and elites; they don't here.. and it's because the bonus stagger is nuts effective in making sure problem enemies are guaranteed to recieve control from you.. also.. i'm not sure if it's a bug but i found that overwhelming force seems to affect smite/surge staff.. i found that enemies were often being stunned on swap chaining..
