Description
Retaliatory Force procs off ranged attacks with the shield, and 8s duration is quite long so I like this talent a lot. 15% attack speed and damage is huge.
No clue if the dog bleed node is worth it, ive taken it a few times and its done pretty well but you could drop that point for something else.
