An Aggressive Run and Gunner Build - Someone incredibly competent and excessively resentful!

  • Dual Autopistols is your bread and butter. The Desperado state is your natural condition and staying in it 75% of the mission is the goal. Hence the Stims at max cooldown and Focused Resolve. A moment not shooting is a moment you're dead. Second to this is keeping reload times to a minimum, achieved through Speedloader and Speedload everything else is honestly secondary. 
  • This is also the reason for Chemical Dependency; honestly, Vulture's Mark does not have the greatest uptime due to it being limited to ranged kills. The extra crit chance of Chem Enhanced stacks with Channelled Devastation and the more constant ability use is much more advantageous. 
  • Combat knife with Uncanny Strike serves as your answer to the armoured abominations. Paired with the  Boom Bringer rocket launcher for larger groups. Coated Weaponry and Flesh Tearer mean you do solid DOT damage also!
  • You don't hide. You don't take cover. You run. You gun. You scream until your throat is raw and your guns are empty. Then you reload and you do it again. "WITNESS ME!"
