Description
The idea here is to use various generic damage buffs along with crit chance and attack speed to scale the knife base damage and DoT from bleeding/electrocution. Ideally, you want to use Chordclaw Strike every 10 seconds or less to upkeep Moebian Conductor and get more value from Voltaic Restoration.
I believe System Shock applies 10% brittleness per Electro-Strike Conduit proc up to 40% max, but that needs confirmation. If System Shock doesn't stack past 10% brittleness, then that point could be swapped to Entropic Transfer, Reactor Coil Recharge, or whatever you want.
It's worth considering Smackdown instead of Flesh Tearer for higher crit chance. Electrocution from Electro-Strike Conduit should stun most targets you crit, making it easy to proc Smackdown. Flesh Tearer is better for fighting bosses and for finishing off stragglers, but the +20% crit chance from Smackdown would have better burst damage in most situations. I believe the knife gets up to 60.5% crit chance with Riposte + Flesh Tearer and all buffs active, while Riposte + Smackdown would give 80.5% crit chance with all buffs.
