Description
This is an experimental build that uses the Capacitance and charge stacks as a resource. Taking full advantage of the various skills that give stacking buffs based on the amount of charges you have, as well as keeping stacks of Redline Capacitors as high as possible for as long as possible. After testing, it has proven viable at least into Damnation difficulty, but the drawbacks may outweigh the benefits up into Auric and Havoc.
