I'm too lazy to write a description for this before it gets patched.
Basically you can explode withouit consequences in heresy+.
As long as you have 2 health "bars" left you will be fine going over peril.
Lethal proximity on bolt pistol heavily increases the range of the explosion.
Puncture is there to delete targets you snipe if you don't one hit kill them.
Rest of the time just spam the wave on the force greatsword, if you go over peril just explode.
Unbind quell key.
