Aquila is still pretty terrible value compared to Arbi's other two abilities, so Loner is getting a spot here. You can swap out Aquila in here if you really want to.

Loner fell off meta because of the shock mine nerfs and modifiers (Final Toll) making them even worse, but if you don't have those modifiers, they're still pretty bonkers valuable.
