This build uses the specialist prio to let the hound run through fire and tox gas to kill bombers by itself, primarily, since you can't tag through those particles. Otherwise, just ping the target in line of sight or let the dog do its thing and spend that talent point elsewhere (Rebreather). Most of its damage comes from Execution Order anyway, but if you REALLY wanted more dog synergy, swap a node out for Voltaic Mandibles and take one of the Shock Mauls to benefit more from its electrocution and your Remote Detonations.
