Description
You can definitely swap Frag Bomb for Bombs Away! if you prefer that.
Dominate is there to work with Shattering Impact and really push the fire stack's adm to new heights (which will become like 0.75 or something).
Too Stubborn to Die and Stay Close! will basically 2.2x your toughness regeneration from Bullet Bravado and Steady Grip at <50% hp.
This is just one of those ridiculously overpowered builds in the game. You'll just about wipe the floor with this build even in H40.
But this is a selfish build, and Emprah will be watching.
