This is by far the strongest hard-carry build because it provides both stagger and extreme AoE and Boss damage at the same time. Stagger will keep your team alive, Damage will kill the enemies. There is nothing more that you need to beat this game. All your teammates need to do is provide ammo for you, stay alive and help you save ammo by killing single-targets at long/close range.
