To Veteran Weapons Specialist max, make sure to max out chances for Burst Limiter Override lucky bullet to trigger through Back Off! and only shoot once so that you never have to reload like a Walmart Vet. To maximize your value from Spray and Slay and Reloaded and Ready , shoot twice to trigger emptying the clip. You will now have to reload after this, but thanks to Keep Shooting and Pacemaker , you'll be able to reload very quickly next time you need to. Can also use thugshot but you lose the expansive blessing. And then because you have more of a single target focused secondary, you'll now need a primary that can benefit from +attack speed from Spray and Slay , which means weapons that rely on chained heavy attacks won't do. So maybe the Bull Butcher Mk III Cleaver or Brute-Brainer Mk III Latrine Shovel .

If you get a good rhythm you can get strength from expansive, tenderizer, slaughterer, and NHFs all together and your light attacks hit like heavies which quickly stacks up Back Off and Spray&Slay so you can keep the chain going with surprisingly powerful kickback shots

You get so much strength:

• NHF: 10%
• Slaughterer: 40%
• Tenderizer: 30%
• Expansive: 42%

That's 122% strength!

Can't say that Bash&Blast is doing much but Spray&Slay with Back Off! feels surprisingly good. Your ranged weapon constantly has +15% damage and unlike vet, you actually have infinite ammo economy since your lucky shot comes from thin air, not your ammo reserves. So you have an upgraded version of WS, Vet's survival iconic, and survival aura
