Target receives 4 Stacks of 2.5% Brittleness on direct projectile hit. Debuff lasts for 5 seconds and can have a maximum of 16 stacks.

Talent Tree
Description
Just amble around heavy attacking almost nonstop unless you are gaunetlet-ing/rock-ing a specialist. Taunt and then keep smashing so your teammates can kill everything around you. You stagger everything with your heavies and that restores your taunt so its constantly available. Use your block to taunt priority targets.
Stay close to your Psyker and Vet. Zealots are too mobile and you'll find yourself over extended and alone.
You can consider trading out the toughness curio for a stamina curio depending on how you play.
Rocks are for mutants specifically, and grenades can deal with most of the other stuff.
You can change out opportunist for Confident Strike on the Shield if you are taking too many hits.
Generic Ogryn advice: Always be incorporating dodges and slides into your movements. You are a big target and you'll get whittled down if you aren't doing that. Also rarely if ever do you need to use the shield as an actual shield. It just has great heavies with a lot of stagger and you can just keep mindlessly heavy attacking. Whip your mouse around during the heavy attack animation to hit more targets.
