This build uses the Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff with as much peril reduction as reasonable to maximize the uptime of Scrier's Gaze for big damage against hordes and bosses alike.Main Build - TalentsScrier's Gaze grants +20% crit chance to help stack soulflame and boost Empathic Evasion, gives +30% damage at max stacks, and also works as a panic button if we happen to overload on peril. Battle Meditation, Solidity, Reality Anchor, Empyric Resolve, and Inner Tranquility keep the staff's peril manageable to use with Scrier's Gaze while Endurance makes us less squishy while it's active. In Fire Reborn stacks up our warp charges in no time to boost Inner Tranquility and Empyrean Empowerment almost immediately after using our ability, and Warp Battery boosts them even further. We take Psykinetic's Aura and Seer's Presence to allow us to use Scrier's Gaze pretty much nonstop. Brain Rupture as our blitz gives us a long range solution to elites such as snipers and gunners. Warp Rider is a given as a flat increase in damage. I also like Wildfire for the extra flames but it's probably optional.Primary - Deimos Mk IV Blaze Force Sword The primary weapon is up to personal preference for pairing with the Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff; I've settled on the Deimos Mk IV Blaze Force Sword. Assassin light attacks with a devastating H2 that can knock an Ogryn on its ass allows it to take down most large enemies with relative ease. Uncanny Strike seems to be the standard choice for this weapon, and Deflector with Kinetic Deflection allows us a way to defend against gunner fire and such for additional survivability. Carapace and unyielding damage helps us fill the gap made by our staff to deal with the aforementioned Ogryn one on one, while also doing respectable damage against bosses. You could trade one of them for maniac damage to help with mutants if you feel your staff does plenty against larger enemies.Secondary - Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff Our Rifthaven Mk II Inferno Force Staff is pretty standard, with Blaze Away and Warp Nexus for big damage and crit chance. Flak damage helps melt through most human-sized dangers and the crit chance is good for a few of our talents. The dump stat is still warp resistance as the difference between 60-80% seems negligible and the quell speed will be more helpful to keep Scrier's Gaze up anyway. I generally spam a few light attacks to stagger the enemies and give myself some space, then charge my heavy to unleash high-damage torrents of flame.Curios - x2 Toughness, x1 Stamina - Cooldown Regeneration, Toughness, Gunner ResistanceMy curio choices are mostly inspired by other builds but seem to work well for me. x2 toughness for extra survivability and x1 stamina to help with Psyker's low base stamina and high stamina regen. I grab cooldown reduction for more Scrier's Gaze, toughness to make up for lack of a third toughness curio, and a ton of gunner resistance. I read it also applies to Reapers and covers the largest number of enemies overall, and gunners tend to hurt me the most anyways so it seems like a good choice.Final NotesIn my opinion, this build might have a lot of potential. Enough enemies to kill and a bit of quellling here and there can keep Scrier's Gaze up for longer than it takes to recharge, essentially giving you constant 20% toughness damage reduction with tons of crit and a massive damage boost to top it all off. That said, I'm not the most skilled player so I can't speak to how useful it is on high havoc. I usually play heresy-damnation depending on my build and tend to use Venting Shriek simply because I struggle to keep my head intact with other blitz. Tweak the build however works best for your preferences, it might even work with other staves.
