12.5-20% Critical Chance for 6s on successful Dodge.
Weak Spot Hits gain 20-50 Cleave.
10% Critical Chance for every 0.3-0.45 second while aiming. Stacks 10 times. Discharges all stacks upon firing.
Opening Salvo synergizes with Shock Trooper so you never lose your +10% crit chance as long as you have stamina (Deadshot) and wait for Surgical stacks.
Tunnel Vision synergizes with Deadshot so you should never run out of stamina as long as you're hitting headshot kills.
Hot-Shot rank 1 is better than rank 4. It's bugged and will allow you to cleave through 5ish enemies with headshots.
With full stacks of Marksman's Focus (15), and with a use of Voice of Command you can 1 shot crushers.
You will never need to pick up ammo with this build. Any time you use ammo it will be refilled by Survivalist.
Ammo is the dump stat on the Hellbore.
Any Melee weapon can work. Something with high cleave for hordes would work great, but Dueling Sword is so op I included it.
You should not use the special attack on the Mark IV Hellbore. It feels terrible to use.
